Certification Requirements
To become a certified Empowerment Partner, organizations must demonstrate commitment across three dimensions:
1. Platform Adoption
- •Active use of at least two Bindl modules (Central + one other)
- •Minimum 80% of staff trained on Bindl workflows
- •Client participation in Bindl Companion (if applicable)
2. Methodology Training
- •Completion of ECC Principles training for leadership team
- •Participation in implementation workshops
- •Documented integration of ECC principles into organizational policies
3. Outcome Demonstration
- •Six months of data tracked in Bindl showing client outcomes
- •Evidence of coordinated support across services
- •Demonstrated client participation and agency metrics
